Both of these articles are terribly meager, they have a painfully small amount of detail. If this article was merged with [List of Talmudic principles|Talmudic principles]], then de'oraita and derabanan would have much clearer individual meanings. The amount of information on de'oraita and derabanan is so small that it does not warrant it's own article. Therefore it should be merged.
