Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a message letting you know that one of your recent edits has been undone by an automated computer program called ClueBot NG.

In general, a person or organization added to a list, as on St Mary's College, Wallasey, should have a pre-existing article to establish notability. If you wish to create such an article, please confirm that your subject is notable according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. As I said in my edit summary the first time, the entries were not referenced, and hence not notable. Meters (talk) 22:55, 31 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a message letting you know that one of your recent edits has been undone by an automated computer program called ClueBot NG.

This is your only warning; if you vandalize Wikipedia again, as you did at South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands ‎ and Sustainable development, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Jojalozzo 20:51, 21 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Educational institution IP address
To edit, please create an account at home and log in with it here.

Due to persistent vandalism, anonymous editing from your school, library, or educational institution's IP address may be blocked (disabled). You will continue to have access to read the encyclopedia. If you are logged in but still unable to edit, please follow these instructions. To prevent abuse, account creation via this IP address might also be disabled.

If account creation is disabled and you are unable to create an account elsewhere, you can request one by following the instructions at Wikipedia:Request an account. Please check on this list that the username you choose has not already been taken. If editing is required for class projects, please have your instructor or network administrator contact us (with reference to this IP address) at the Unblock Ticket Request System with a contact email address that is listed on your school's website. Thank you for your cooperation.

Comments: Blocked for 1 week.
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who accepted the request.

Request reason:

This 1 week block is not proportionate or appropriate. It appears to have been placed in response to a single, insignificant edit, 20 minutes after it was submitted and a day after the last edit from this account which was made in good faith. Vandalism from this school IP, while expected, is well below reasonable levels. A glance at the user contributions would discover many constructive edits, dwarfing the tiny number of those carried out in bad faith. I ask for the block to be lifted so constructive edits can once again flow from this account. 128.243.236.10 (talk) 4:39 am, Today (UTC+0) Oh, and I should probably also mention that the blocking admin disabled account creation. Why? --128.243.236.10 (talk) 11:42 pm, Yesterday (UTC−5)

Accept reason:

Unblocked per request. Unfortunately schools are some of the worst offenders, although in this case it may not be as bad. We'll see how it goes in the near future. Alexf(talk) 10:59, 30 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
