Octopus macropus

Octopus macropus, also known as the Atlantic white-spotted octopus, white-spotted octopus, grass octopus or grass scuttle, is an octopus species native to at least the Mediterranean Sea. A similar octopus from the Caribbean Sea has sometimes been identified as O. macropus, although the relationship between the two taxa remains unresolved.

O. macropus grows to 15 cm in mantle length with the long arms exceeding 1 m.
