Force Back is a game played by some students in New Zealand at lunch or recess. It is played with a rugby ball but can be played with a soccer ball/football as well. Some skills that are improved in this are kicking, aim, distance control, running and catching. The court it is played on is usually a tennis court but can be played other places as well.
