James Charles Kerwin (May 14, 1850 – January 29, 1921) was an American jurist from Wisconsin.
Born in Menasha, Wisconsin, Kerwin graduated from University of Wisconsin Law School in 1875. In 1903, he was appointed to the Wisconsin Supreme Court and then elected serving until his death.[1]
