Google Spreadsheets, is a Web-based spreadsheet application offered by Google. It allows users to create and edit spreadsheets online while collaborating in real-time with other users. It is was launched on July 6, 2006 at 1 p.m. (UTC) on a "limited test" first-come, first-serve basis.
