She carried the Great Western Livery which she would never have carried in her mainline life, as she was built 2 years after the end of the GWR. In 2011 she was re-introduced at the Churston Heritage Festival carrying British Rail all-black livery and bearing the temporary nameplates "Torquay Manor" for the festival. Her current boiler certificate expires in 2015.

Great Western Railway 7800 Class No. 7827 Lydham Manor is a preserved British steam locomotive. She is currently owned and based on the Dartmouth Steam Railway.
