Inventing Myself is the fourth studio album by Australian recording artist Stan Walker. It will be released on 25 October 2013, by Sony Music Australia. The album was preceded by the singles "Take It Easy", "Bulletproof " and "Inventing Myself".
Background
Walker has been working on the album for over two years and it is his first album he has worked on in New Zealand.[1]
Release and promotion
Singles
"Take It Easy" was released as the album's first single on 30 November 2012.[2] The song peaked at number 5 on the Recorded Music NZ and was certified double platinum for selling 30,000 copies. Take It Easy was also used on the New Zealand box office hit Mt Zion.[3]
"Bulletproof" was released as the second single from Inventing Myself on 31 May 2013 and reached number two in New Zealand.[4] "Bulletproof" was certified Platinum.
Tour
In September 2013, Walker went on his World Tour of New Zealand. The tour included 23 dates in September and October 2013.[5]
