The Libertarian Party of Florida or LPF, is the Florida state affiliate of the Libertarian Party (United States). The organization was founded January 21, 1987 by Charles T. Manhart and Patricia Thorpe[citation needed], and its Executive Committee was incorporated in 2012.

In 2010, the LPF had a state-wide candidate on the ballot for the first time with Alexander Snitker for U.S. Senate.[2]
