Anderson Park is a sporting park located in Neutral Bay.

Anderson Park is built on land reclaimed from Neutral Bay in the 1890's, and was dedicated on October 8th, 1989. It was originally called Warringa Park, but was renamed in 1926 in honor of William Anderson, the Mayor of North Sydney, New South Wales from 1914 to 1918.[1]

On the July 17th, 1934, Charles Kingsford-Smith and Captain Patrick Gordon Taylor took off from Anderson Park for a promotional flight over Sydney. They flew in a Lockheed Altair single-engined sport aircraft, which at the time was the world's fastest plane.[2]

A floodlit sports field is available for cricket, soccer and football, volleyball, and other activities. There are pathways, sandstone flagging, a depression-era concrete wall, lighting, a drinking fountain, numerous seats and a small beach. The main path through the park is lined with Hill's Weeping Figs (''Ficus microcarpa''). The park has both male and female toilets, and a changing room.
