Anyone help out with the entry for David Webb?

I want it to open in a new window, and to link properly to the footnote. And also to open the two links in the external links section in new windows.

How is this a valid reason for deletion? David Webb was a TV actor who made over 700 appearances including on the stage and in films. He also founded an anti-censorship organisation and stood for Parliament.

Find another page to delete - asshole.
