Zen UI is a front-end touch interface developed by ASUS with partners, featuring a full touch user interface. Zen UI is used by Asus for android phones and tablet computers, and is not available for licensing by external parties. Zen UI also comes with Asus-made apps preloaded like ZenLink (PC Link, Share Link, Party Link, etc..)

The Zen UI made its debut when Asus Zenfone Series, Asus MemoPad 7 (ME176C) and Asus Padfone Mini (2014) came. The design of this User interface is a simple but good interface it features EasyMode, Color Blending (a special feature which your status bar blends with the background color of the application *Only applies to some apps like from Asus).

Asus ZenUI can be updated from Google Play Store

First Release: 1.2.0.140918

1. Long-press on any home screen to change the wallpaper, add widgets or apps, or rearrange your home screens.
2. Enable the wallpaper’s ‘Background tint’ option to make home-screen information clearer and wallpaper color brighter.
3. Use a simple pinch gesture to preview all home screens and to access options to add, remove or rearrange your home screens.
4. Password-protect selected apps using the ‘Lock apps’ menu option to prevent unauthorized access.
5. Remove apps or widgets from home screens by long-pressing and then moving to the Remove area at the top of the screen.
6. Customize the All Apps screen hiding selected apps using the ‘Hide apps’ menu option.
7. Choose the alphabetical order of your apps using the ‘Sort by’ menu option.
