The Campbell Mithun Tower is a 41-floor tower located on 9th Street and 3rd Avenue in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It was constructed in 1985 as the headquarters of Piper Jaffray, an investment firm, and is now home to Campbell Mithun, the Twin Cities' largest advertising agency. It is connected to the TCF Bank Tower by the skyway system.
The tower changed its name to Campbell Mithun Tower in 2002. The advertising agency is located on floors 21, 24, 25, 26 and 27.
It has a deli, convenience store, hair salon, coffee shop, dry cleaners, insurance agency, and a temp agency. Floors 5, 6, 34 and 35 are mechanical floors, the 42nd floor is a mechanical penthouse.
Campbell Mithun Tower earned Gold-level certification through the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) program, which was developed by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). The tower was first certified in 2009 then again in 2014. [1]
