Tyrone Peachey (born 8 August 1991) is an Australian professional rugby league footballer for the Penrith Panthers of the National Rugby League. He primarily plays second-row, lock and five-eighth.

Playing career

Born in Wellington, New South Wales, Peachey played his junior football for the Wellington Cowboys and Cronulla-Caringbah Sharks before being signed by the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks. He played for the Sharks' NYC team in 2010 and 2011.[1]

At the end of 2011, Peachey was named at lock in the 2011 NYC Team of the Year.

In Round 10 of the 2013 NRL season Peachey made his NRL debut for the Sharks against the Canberra Raiders.[2]

On 22 September 2013, Peachey was named at lock in the 2013 New South Wales Cup Team of the Year.[3]

In 2013 Peachey signed on to play for the Penrith Panthers from 2014-2015.

In 2014, Peachey had a strong start to the season for the Panthers. But a pectoral tear in a round 18 clash vs Broncos ended his season.

Personal life
