Ora Smith (December 8, 1884 – July 31, 1965) was an American politician and farmer.
Born in New Market, Iowa, Smith lived in Biggsville, Illinois. He was a farmer and in the real estate business. Smith served as a member of theIllinois House of Representatives (1937-1949), Illinois State Treasurer (1937-1949), and Illinois State Senator (1959-1963) from the Democratic Party. He died in a hospital in Monmouth, Illinois.[1][2]
