Thathi Faqir Sahib is one of the 57 Union Councils of Abbottabad District in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan.[1]
Location
The union council of Thathi Faqir Sahib is situated in the North West of Abbottabad district (and lies to the north west of Abbottabad city).Thathi Faqir Sahib is 34 km from the city of Abbottabad and is located in a valley which is surrounded by large forested mountains on three sides. On the south of the valley lies the famous Sherwan & Manshera. The southern areas of Panduthana border Manshera District. Bun is an exceedingly beautiful and scenic hill station in the suburbs of Thati faqir sahib.Panduthana is famous due to its charismatic natural attraction ,lush green valleys,dancing water falls,dense forests, sparkling streams rolling hills,diversty of wild life. wajid ali research scholar of higher studies quaid e azam uinversty. Panduthatna is thickly populated area of distt abbottabad. The population of the area may be ,about 7000.This is the major village of the area .it is worth mentioning here that current governor of kpk sardar mehtab abbasi was also MNA of the area. The following politician played vital role for the development of this village. murtaza javaid abbasi,haji qalandr lodhi, Late ayub tanoli (great lawyer ,great personality of the area .from muhammad tariq awan.
