Chelsea Newton (born February 17, 1983) is a former WNBA player, who last played for the Sacramento Monarchs. She signed with the Seattle Storm, but later retired before even playing a game with them. Since 2015, she has been an assistant coach for the Georgia Lady Bulldogs.

Born in Monroe, Louisiana, Newton played for Carroll High School in Monroe, Louisiana, where she was named a WBCA All-American.[1] She participated in the 2001 WBCA High School All-America Game where she scored fourteen points.[2]
