The 2017–18 Winnipeg Jets season is the 19th season for the National Hockey League franchise that was established on June 25, 1997, and the seventh in Winnipeg , Manitoba since the franchise relocated from Atlanta prior to the start of the 2011–12 NHL season .[1]
