It's likely that your request sat for a few days because the other patrolling admins were undecided too. The later ones were more clear-cut. On a related note, you'll often see RFPP and AIV – particularly RFPP – backed up with some later requests addressed before earlier ones, or some that have simply been there for several hours. We're not ignoring them; we're usually watching the page or user to see what happens. Remember to warn appropriately and report after the final warning has been ignored.
