If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be [[Wikipedia:Blocking policy|blocked]] from editing Wikipedia. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the [[Wikipedia:Edit warring#The three-revert rule|three-revert rule]], which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. pending changes reviewer

Hello. Your account has been granted the "pending changes reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on pages protected by pending changes. The list of articles awaiting review is located at Special:PendingChanges, while the list of articles that have pending changes protection turned on is located at Special:StablePages.

Being granted reviewer rights neither grants you status nor changes how you can edit articles. If you do not want this user right, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time.

It's likely that your request sat for a few days because the other patrolling admins were undecided too. The later ones were more clear-cut. On a related note, you'll often see RFPP and AIV – particularly RFPP – backed up with some later requests addressed before earlier ones, or some that have simply been there for several hours. We're not ignoring them; we're usually watching the page or user to see what happens. Remember to warn appropriately and report after the final warning has been ignored. If you have more questions, just shout. :-) Katietalk 23:54, 18 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hello

I appreciate you wanting to make sure that the article is well sourced, but you have to stop and give me time to source it bud. If you really want to help you can actually find sources and cite it instead of just deleting it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by DogoMan900 (talkcontribs) 17:24, 25 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

DogoMan900 (talk · contribs) Fine, go ahead and add sources. That doesn't mean it will necessarily not change. HarryKernow (talk to me) 03:08, 26 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Please

There's no need for (Added {{BLP unsourced}}, {{COI}}, {{disputed}}, {{fiction}}, {{notability}}, {{orphan}}, {{sections}} and {{too few opinions}} tags (within {{multiple issues}}), and {{uncategorized}} tag to article (TW)) all in one little vandalism article. Drmies (talk) 23:32, 3 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Drmies (talk · contribs) Yes, I realize. It was more poking fun at the fact that it was a bad page, and it doesn't really hurt it in any way because it will most likely get deleted (>95% probable). HarryKernow (talk to me) 00:51, 4 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Where did you get raw footage for this file from?©Geni (talk) 02:14, 2 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Geni: It's from DCS World. I didn't know anything about derivative works when I made it, so if it breaks copyright then go ahead and remove it. I made it myself otherwise, it is my own footage. HarryKernow (talk to me) 20:04, 4 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be repeatedly reverting or undoing other editors' contributions at Balloon boy hoax. Although this may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is known as "edit warring" and is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, as it often creates animosity between editors. Instead of reverting, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. Thank you. Dr. K. 07:16, 13 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
