Quchapata (Quechua qucha lake, lagoon, pata elevated place / above, at the top / edge, bank (of a river), shore,[1] "lake shore", Hispanicized spelling Cochapata) is an archaeological complex in Peru. It is situated in the Cusco Region, La Convención Province, Huayopata District.[2]
