Coro and its Port is a World Heritage Site in Venezuela which was designated in 1993. It consists of two related sites in:
- Coro, the state capital of Falcón
- La Vela de Coro, the port of the title
Both settlements are noted for their Colonial architecture.
Danger list
Since 2005 the property has been on the list of World Heritage in Danger. One of the factors in this listing was damage caused by heavy rains in 2004/2005. Normally this part of Venezuela is arid.
