Ali LeRoi (born February 12, 1962) is an American television producer, director, writer and actor, best known as the co-creator of the Chris Rock period sitcom Everybody Hates Chris. He met Rock during the set on his eponymous HBO late-night talk show. LeRoi wrote and directed several episodes of the series.

A native of Chicago, LeRoi attended Robert Lindblom Math & Science Academy.[1] He then studied film at Columbia College Chicago.[2]

LeRoi also co-hosted the podcast called "Alias Smith and LeRoi" (2013–15) with comedian Owen H.M. Smith.[3]

His debut feature film, The Obituary of Tunde Johnson, premiered at the 2019 Toronto International Film Festival.[4]
