The person I added is notable and a national champion. I am sorry I did not source it but it was unnecessary to delete. How is that not notable?

Information icon Hello. Your recent edit to Classical High School appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. Information icon Hello, I'm Meters. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Classical High School, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. More seriously than just being a non-notable alumnus, that was a BLP violation. Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Cumberland, Rhode Island. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges. Bump to level 2. Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at La Salle Academy, Providence, you may be blocked from editing. I've already warned you about adding people with no articles or refs to notable people lists. See WP:WTAF and WP:V Meters (talk) 22:21, 20 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
