Abdirahman Abdallahi Ismail Saylici (Somali: Cabdiraxmaan Cabdilaahi Ismaaciil Saylici) (born 28 October 1956 ref>"Archived copy". Archived from the original on 2018-07-17. Mahamoud Silanyo. Both are members of the Peace, Unity, and Development Party. He continued as Vice President in the cabinet of Muse Bihi Abdi.[2]
