Ahmed Abbes is a Tunisian mathematician and a Director of Research at the Institut des Hautes Études Scientifiques (IHÉS).
Biography
Abbes received a bronze medal in 1988 and a silver medal in 1989 at the International Mathematical Olympiad while representing Tunisia.[1] Abbes received his doctorate from Paris-Sud University in 1995 under the supervision of Lucien Szpiro.[2]
