The Chosen: The Hidden History of Admission and Exclusion at Harvard, Yale, and Princeton is a 2005 book by Jerome Karabel. Jerome Karabel is a professor of sociology at the University of California Berkeley.

    The Chosen is about admissions at Ivy League schools and how they restricted Jews, minorities and women. It focuses on the 20th century.
