Welcome

Hi Mrloop! I hope you are well. I just wanted to pop by and thank you for your great edits to snooker articles recently. I'm not sure if you've been welcomed properly, so this is it. If you have any issues, let me know. I'm not about from the 14-25 of this month, but drop me a message on my talk if you ever need anything.

Could I also direct you to the Snooker Wikiproject? It's usually where all of the central conversation on snooker goes, and where things like alerts on featured articles and deletion discussions live. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talkcontribs) 21:46, 5 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

2019 Snooker World Championship FA review

Hi there, I noticed you've been making a few edits to the 2019 Snooker World Championship article which is currently going through a Featured Article review. If you're interested, maybe you'd like to make some general comments on our FA review page to help us improve the article further. Thanks for your help. Sorry I had to revert one of your edits as the definition of the word "snooker" had already been covered using a glossary link and explanatory note. Best wishes, Rodney Baggins (talk) 18:43, 6 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Century breaks

Hi Mrloop, I saw you recently reverted the addition of flags to 2019 Champion of Champions with the edit summary: Their seems to be a consensus on losing the flags in the century breaks section. Why they are still in the draw section and in this case the qualifying table, I'm not quite sure. Thanks for the removal, that is the case. I thought I'd explain why this is the case at the moment, in case you were worried. We recently had an WP:FAC for Wikipedia:Featured article candidates/2018 World Snooker Championship/archive1 which had some commentary on what MOS:FLAG describes as suitable. The consensus was that MOS:FLAG suggests the first use of a flag should be explained (Which we currently use {{flagathlete}}.

There was later a discussion regarding the flags themselves in the century count [here, which didn't have a fantastic amount of input, but we did never use to have the century count with flags, and as the nationalities themselves don't really matter towards the centuries. I think the flags for players gives a better understanding of representation in the main draw (and by proxy the qualification rounds) with nationalities attached.

If you were worried, or wanted clarrification, we can easily start up a topic about this, but the location would be at WT:SNOOKER. (I hope you are well!). Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talkcontribs) 09:21, 6 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

2020 Championship League – Event 2

Hi can you create this page for me please ?. it runs from June 1-11th, it was announced by hearn last week. There are 64 players split into 16 groups of 4. The 16 group winners advance and are split into 4 groups of 4. These 4 group winners advance to the winners group. The format for the event is Round-Robin. All matches are best of 5 frames. can you help ?. Regards 92.251.237.108 (talk) 11:12, 20 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, 64Teamx3RoundAnd32TeamX1RoundBracket, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Synoman Barris, I think it's highly likely this was supposed to be created in template space at Template:64Teamx3RoundAnd32TeamX1RoundBracket, where it would be suitable. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talkcontribs) 13:57, 26 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

World Snooker Championship final formatting problem ?.

re source

Regarding relevancy of this source, it was added by me so people wouldn't keep removing the England flag for the tournament. As you've provided a more accurate source, it's no longer needed. --CitroenLover (talk) 13:28, 20 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

When you are adding century breaks

Can you please add when they were made so somebody else does not add it again in error. Regards 178.167.134.19 (talk) 20:06, 2 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
