Padhrar (Urdu: پدهراڑ) is a village and union council (an administrative subdivision) of Khushab District located in Punjab, Pakistan.[1] It is part of Khushab tehsil.

The village is an important part of Khushab from political perspectives . The Awan tribe of the town has an active role in the politics of Khushab district Malik Naeem Khan Awan. MNA Malik Umer Aslam Awan Malik Shakir Bashir Awan Ex MNA, Sumera Malik EX Federal minister, Malik Fahad Faisal Awan, Malik Karam Bakash Awan EX MNA, Malik Bashir Awan MPA, Malik Javed Awan EX MPA Dc Tahir Sarfraz, And big industrial and construction groups belongs to Padhrar.

Culture

A shrine of prominent Sheikh spiritual leader Baba Syed Muhammad Shah Karori and his son Baba Syed Hashim Darya Shah of Sayyid Hashemi family are in Padhrar.

Geography

Padhrar is located at the beginning of Soon Valley, which leads to the mountain peak of Sakesar. The village is located at an equal distance of 55 km from the districts of Khushab and Chakwal. Kalarkahar lake is 30 kilometers and Talagang is about 40-45 kilometers from this town.
