Virgilio "Baby" Dalupan is a former Filipino basketball coach. He is known for coaching the legendary Crispa Redmanizers in the Philippine Basketball Association in the 1970's and early 1980's and also the Great Taste Coffee Makers and the Purefoods TJ Hotdogs in the 1980's. He also gained prominence coaching the UE Red Warriors and the Ateneo Blue Eagles in the UAAP.

He led Crispa to the PBA's first grandslam in 1976 and Great Taste to four titles in the 1980's and led Purefoods to a 0-2 come-from-behind title victory over Alaska in 1990. His 15 PBA titles as chief tactician is the most any coach in league history.

Dalupan is known by many as The Maestro. He is the son of Francisco T. Dalupan Sr., the founder of the University of the East.
