Request protection of a page, or increasing the protection level

Indefinite semi-protection: Persistent vandalism – Repeated addition of unsourced character names, and other such disruptions, since the previous protection ended. Krimuk2.0 (talk) 16:21, 16 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Semi-protected for a period of six months, after which the page will be automatically unprotected. Daniel Case (talk) 20:48, 16 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Indefinite extended confirmed protection: Persistent disruptive editing – Persistent unreferenced additions from South African IPs. Binksternet (talk) 16:58, 16 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Semi-protected for a period of one week, after which the page will be automatically unprotected. It has never been protected before, and I only see one recent flareup, so I don't think we can ask for ECP just yet. Daniel Case (talk) 20:57, 16 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Indefinite semi-protection: Persistent vandalism – Due to his controversies claims, his article is vandalised by many IPs. In India, Hindu peoples supports him and other peoples of other religion oppose him. You can see this. 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐭𝟕𝟐𝟖🧙‍♂️Let's Talk ! 17:06, 16 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Declined – Not enough recent disruptive activity to justify protection. The article hasn't even been around for a month. I see occasional disruption but not persistent disruption. Daniel Case (talk) 20:59, 16 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Indefinite semi-protection: Persistent vandalism – The amount of vandalism this talk page has experienced over the past two years in a row is absurd. Please put an end to this madness. InfiniteNexus (talk) 18:50, 16 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Reason: Edit warring by a new user and now an IP over inclusion of site owner's names, which is currently being discussed on the talk page and a noticeboard. Round and rounder (talk) 20:07, 16 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Temporary semi-protection: Persistent vandalism – Petty IP vandalism, ongoing event so worth protecting it from IPs until the end of the tournament (26 February). Joseph2302 (talk) 20:28, 16 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Semi-protected for a period of 3 days, after which the page will be automatically unprotected.--Ymblanter (talk) 21:15, 16 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Reason: Persistent unsourced changes and what look like haphazard removals of valid content (like categories or templates) – Uanfala (talk) 21:22, 16 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Extended-confirmed protection: Sockpuppetry. 173.196.202.242 (talk) 21:24, 16 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Temporary semi-protection: Persistent vandalism – Short term protection to discourage the current persistent vandal. Slywriter (talk) 21:27, 16 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Indefinite extended confirmed protection: Persistent disruptive editing – Regular partial page blanking by IPs, noting subject area does also include areas defined as contentious issues where certain edits counts (eastern Europe, Balkans (Serbia) etc) and I think (but am still learning this) 500/30 rules apply here. CT55555(talk) 21:27, 16 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Temporary semi-protection: Persistent vandalism – Edit warring, conflict of interest by the Detroit IP range Special:Contributions/2603:3015:300:BC00:0:0:0:0/64. The IPs are promoting a talent agency.[1]. Binksternet (talk) 21:33, 16 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Temporary semi-protection: Persistent disruptive editing – New users and IPs are repeatedly changing the name, changing referenced content, and/or deleting referenced content pertaining to the 2021 name change. There are maybe a dozen or so reverts in the last week by different users & IPs. — MarkH21talk 21:39, 16 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Semi-protection: Persistent sockpuppetry – Recurrent image vandalism from socking. NsevsTalk 21:53, 16 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Reason: Persistent disruptive editing, primarily from IPs. Magitroopa (talk) 22:01, 16 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Semi-protection: Persistent addition of unsourced or poorly sourced content – Several IP editors adding unsourced controversial info on this BLP, after many periods of protection for the same thing. Ivanvector's squirrel (trees/nuts) 22:05, 16 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
