Narrower page

I'm sure there were more flags across the page, now there's only 5, making the page much longer. Who has done this? Can it be reverted? 92.14.126.26 (talk) 07:40, 20 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

It's probably for mobile users ChaseYUL99 (talk) 14:58, 20 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

In see also section there are two links which give an error:

It happens because this lists are in WikiCommons, not in the Wikipedia itself.

Can you please set these correct links there?

Flag of Brunei

As the flag of Brunei has Arabic text and is flown from the right, should we like flip the flag? 2601:647:4800:5700:F58B:C0B0:8220:D49B (talk) 05:00, 2 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

No. Brunei's flag is always flown from the left. OMGShay 92 (talk) 08:31, 10 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Should Costa Rica have a coat of arms on their flag?

I have seen the flag of Costa Rica with the coat of arms many times. Should it have the coat of arms or should it be left off? OMGShay 92 (talk) 08:33, 10 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Seconding this and extending it to Peru, Bolivia, and Venezuela as well. The civil flags without the emblems are official and used, but the state flags seem to be much more common in use as a de facto all-around national flag Crazy Boris (talk) 00:11, 27 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I have removed the table with 'See also'-links to 'Sovereign state flags in [year]' galleries at Commons. The reason is that these galleries have gotten completely out of hand. In the last couple of months, they have been expanded and filled up with unsourced 'Other entities', 'Other cultural', 'Sovereign U.S. states' (sic!) etc. to the point of being made completely valueless for an encyclopedia. Edits made on February 23rd

Many odd edits have been made on February 23rd, 2024 (Template change, some flag images changed, etc.). Should we revert them ? ChaseYUL99 (talk) 23:13, 23 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
