Patrick McManus was a professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1930s. He played at club level for Castleford (Heritage No. 141), as a prop, i.e. number 8 or 10, during the era of contested scrums.[1][2]

Patrick McManus played left-prop, i.e. number 8, in Castleford's 11-8 victory over Huddersfield in the 1935 Challenge Cup Final during the 1934–35 season at Wembley Stadium, London on Saturday 4 May 1935, in front of a crowd of 39,000.[3]
