Alaska Real Estate Corporations and the Law:

2004 - PRESENT Cupola Properties, LLC is formed as an Alaska real estate corporation [1] by Alaska attorneys William Ingaldson, Kevin Fitzgerald, and Peter Maassen[2]. Cupola Properties, LLC owns [3] the office building located at 813 West 3rd Avenue Anchorage, Alaska 99501 including the parking lot and apartments behind it, which provides office space for attorneys and from 2012 through the present, violates:

Alaska Rules of Professional Conduct 1.7 - Conflict of Interest Current Clients [4], Alaska Rules of Court Code of Judicial Conduct [5], AS 22.05.120 Impeachment [6], AS 22.05.130 Restrictions [7], AS 45.50.471 Unlawful Acts and Practices [8].

Attorneys William Ingaldson, Kevin Fitzgerald, Stuart Cam Rader, Peter Sandberg, Mark Sandberg, Barry Kell, and Carmen Clark all rent(ed) office space from Cupola Properties, LLC, file legal memorandums from its address, have oral argument in front of, and uphold the Opinions issued by Alaska Supreme Court Chief Justice Peter Maassen during appellate practice before the Alaska Supreme Court. [9]

2005-2015 Platinum Jaxx, Inc. formed as an Alaska corporation [[10] by Alaska bar member Paul Stockler. W. S. Vierra joins as corporation member in 2007, see USA v. Ranes and Shine, et al. USDC AK 3:06-CR-00041 RRB.[11]

2006 USA v. Mark Avery, USCA No. 16-30134 [12]; In RE Mark Avery, USBC D. AK A-06-0455 DMD and A-08-90039 DMD. Arms dealing, trust account issues, etc. Paul Stockler, counsel of record, is eventually dis-barred. See USA v. Stockler, USCA 9th Cir. 16-30100 [13].

2012 August Peter Maasseen was appointed by Governor Sean Parnell to the Alaska Supreme Court.

2017-2019 State of Alaska v. Seth Lookhart, 3AN-17-02990CR. In 2019, while on parole, (USA v. Paul Stockler, USCA 9th Cir. No. 16-30100) Paul Stockler joins Kevin Fitzgerald as counsel for defendant Seth Lookhart aka the Big Lake, Alaska "hoverboard dentist".[21] [22] [23] [24]

2017-2020 Andy James v. Nanuq, et al., S-17353, 468 P.3d 711. (Alaska 2020). [25] Mark Sandberg [26][27] and Dennis Mestas [28] as counsel for plaintiff.[29] One of many examples of Cupola Properties, LLC's attorney/tenants before property owner/landlord Alaska Supreme Court Justice Peter Maassen.

2023 February 7, 2023 Alaska Supreme Court Justice Peter Maassen begins his term as Chief Justice of the Alaska Supreme Court.[30][31]
