Saeed Ahmed bin Khalaf Al Otaiba (1916 - May 29, 2024) was an Emirati diplomat and businessman. Ahmed was born in Abu Dhabi and has been described as playing a pivotal role in the UAE's economic renaissance.^[1]^[2]
