I don't want to be a member of the Wikipedia (or any other) community

I just want Wikipedia articles to be polished, sensible, grammatical, unambiguous, and proofread BEFORE I come to read them. I believe they WILL be, someday, if I continue to vent about them when they aren't. What does "continued vandalism on radio/tv stations across multiple articles)" mean?

I do not remember reading even one article on a radio or TV station in recent months. So, why am I blocked? And why isn't it explained here on this talk-page? Is my IP address part of a range of IP-addresses blocked in bulk because my internet-service provider is doing something untoward?
