United Nations Security Council Resolution 250

UNSC Resolution 250 warned Israel against holding an Independence Day Parade in it's capital city, Jerusalem, in 1969. Israel chose to ignore this resolution on the basis that other countries did the same.

In response, the UNSC passed UNSC resolution 251 condemned Israel for celebrating it's independence in it's capital.[1]
