Juliusz Leo (1861-1918) was a Polish politician and academic. Professor of Jagiellonian University (of economics and law), mayor of Krakó since 1904 for three terms until his death in 1918. Founder and first president of Main National Committee (Naczelny Komitet Narodowy), and supporter of the idea of Polish Legions. Buried at Rakowicki Cemetery.
