Abraham Alperstein (1853, Korbin, Grodno Province, Belarus - 1917, New York, United States) was an American, Orthodox Rabbi, publisher and communal leader. He published the first Talmud in the United States.

Alperstein was a student of Rabbi Joseph Dov Halevi Soloveitchik and Rabbi Jacob David Willowsky (Ridbaz). He served as rabbi in a number of communities, including Slobodka, before immigrating to the United States in 1881. In the US, he served as rabbi in Chicago and St. Paul before settling in New York. He was the first instructor at the Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary and was the founder and vice president of the Agudath Harabbonim.
