Adrianus ("Aad") Johannes Bak (born June 18, 1926 in Rotterdam, Zuid-Holland) is a former Dutch professional football player.

Bak started his career in the team of Excelsior Rotterdam. Between 1955 and 1962 he was midfielder for Feyenoord Rotterdam. While there, he won two Dutch national championships, in 1961 and 1962.

In 1956 he earned his only cap in the Netherlands national football team.

At the age of 36 he retired from football and became a teller for Amro Bank.

He now lives in the TheDrieMaasStede Nursing Home in Schiedam.
