Lupicinus (comes per Thracias)

Lupicinus was a Roman lieutenant of Valens in Thrace in the late fourth century AD. His reputed poor treatment of the Thervingi Goths under Fritigern lead to the Gothic Wars, and the Battle of Adrinaople. [1]
