Oleg Ivanovich Lobov (Russian: Олег Иванович Лобов) (born 7 September 1937 in Kiev) was a Russian politician who served as acting Prime Minister of the Russian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic from September to November 1991, shortly before the dissolution of the Soviet Union. He later served in several important positions in post-Soviet Russia.

Lobov became infamous for his support of Shoko Asahara's activities in Russia.[citation needed]
