Nedorazumeniya Island (Остров Недоразумения; Ostrov Nedorazumeniya) is an island located in the Sea of Okhotsk. It is located in the Amakhton Bay (Амахтонский залив; Amakhtonskiy Zaliv) off the end of the western harbor of Magadan, on the northern side, about 20 Km away from the city.

Nedorazumeniya Island lies 3 Km off the coast. It is roughly triangular in shape. It is 3.5 Km long and has a maximum width of about 2 Km.

On Nedorazumeniya's northeastern landhead there is a settlement called Ribachiy.

Administratively Nedorazumeniya Island belongs to the Magadan Oblast of the Russian Federation.
