Montefalcone Appennino is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Fermo in the Italian region Marche, located about 70 km south of Ancona and about 20 km northwest of Ascoli Piceno.
Montefalcone Appennino borders the following municipalities: Amandola, Comunanza, Force, Monte San Martino, Santa Vittoria in Matenano, Smerillo.
