Wesburn is a town in Victoria, Australia, 62 km east from Melbourne's central business district. Its Local Government Area is the Shire of Yarra Ranges. At the 2006 Census, Wesburn had a population of 619.

The name Wesburn is derived from its original name of West Warburton. The Post Office opened on 7 February 1893 as Warburton West and was renamed Wesburn in 1925.[2]
