Sound Document is a Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada based independent record label that signs only Canadian bands. The label's current genre focus is dance-punk/indie rock. It was founded in 2004 by Dani Vachon and Doug Phillips. In 2006 the label became a sole proprietorship of Dani Vachon.[1][2]

Artists include You Say Party! We Say Die!,[3] Bakelite, Cadeaux[1] and Hot Loins.
