Paisley Park Soccer Complex was established in 1975 by the local City of Hobsons Bay council. Today it provides the facilities for giant local soccer club Altona Magic who play in Victorian Premier League and are supported by the Macedonians (ethnic group) community, and the Altona East Phoenix who currentry participate in the Victorian State League Division 2 N/W who are predominatly backed by the local Greek community

The Faclilities recieved an upgrade in 2005, giving Altona Magic new clubrooms, while Altona East Phoenix moved in the old facilities which are door to door apart with a large achordian like door in the middle, allowing the facilities to be used for small reception/hall needs.
