Holmalunds IF is a football club located in Alingsås, Sweden which was established in 1933. The club currently host a Men's Team which plays in Division 3 and a Women's Team that is in Division 2. In 2001, the Men's club played in the Allsvenskan, the Swedish equivalent to the Premiership.

The teams colors are red and white and the team is sometimes called, "Holmen" which loosely translates to island.

Some notable players who have played for the club are Johan Elmander, Rune Jingård, Magnus "Lill Tidan" Johansson, Yngve "Mini Tidan" Johansson, Kjell Johansson, Klas Ruben Dahl, Patrik Elmander, Stefan Öhman, Andreas "These" Nilsson , Mikael Nymoen & Patrick Heed & Bilgin Aliosman.
