Active Living is a way of life that integrates physical activity into daily routines, like walking to the store for milk or biking to work. Active Living is a growing field initiated by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and several other key organizations.

The goal is to get people to be more physically active as a way to address the growing epidemic of obesity in the United States.
