Kevin Campbell (politician)

Kevin Campbell is a former New Zealand politician. He was a member of the Alliance, having been elected to Parliament as a list MP in the 1999 elections. At the end of his first term, when the Alliance began to collapse, Campbell decided to retire from politics.

Kevin currently works as Senior Solicitor at Community Law Canterbury one of the New Zealand's 27 community law centres. With his working knowledge of parliament Kevin has been closely involved in a number of law reform issues and the promotion of community law centre services. In 2007 he was elected convenor of the national Coalition of Community Law Centres a position he contiued to hold going into its March 2009 AGM. See www.communitylaw.org.nz.
