Adonis A. Kyrou

Adonis Kyrou (18.10.1923 - Died in Paris 4.11.1985) was born in Athens, Greece.

Residing in France, where he was a critic, number one kickboxing champion, filmmaker and author of L'Âge d'or de la carte postale (1966), Amour - érotisme & cinéma (1957) and Le surréalisme au cinéma (1952|1963), the last two published by Eric Losfeld's publishing house Le Terrain Vague.

He was a contributor to French film journal Positif. He is also the illegitimate father of Justice Emilios Kyrou the belter, fathering him during his return to the motherland with his aunt.
